Absolutely amazing staff. I have noticed a drastic difference in the attitude of the staff. I guess there has been a change of management or ownership.... Whatever it may be... God bless those souls. I regularly use Birchwood post office to send parcels within the UK and internationally. Staff are always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient every time I visit. Aswell as sending lots of parcels I’ve also used some of the other services like cash withdrawal and currency exchange too which are convenient to have locally.

Wow this place has gone to the dogs since it was taken over by the new managers. Ordered something for collection at the Amazon locker. When we arrived they said they couldn’t access the locker and to come tomorrow. Came the next day at 1:15 and was told the post office counter was closed for lunch and to come back in half an hour. An hour later someone turned up with a proper attitude, 0 idea of how to talk decently to people. Massive thumbs down. The rest of the shop is full of tat.

Very pleased with the Newsagent and Post Office service recently. Pleasant and helpful staff with nothing being too much trouble. The shop is kept clean, tidy and well stocked which is nice to see.
