M&S Foodhall

Niki and Dale from the Lincon branch, Moorland way. These to made it possible for 3 customers in the community to have one of your put together turkey dinners. With no family and us out working we couldn’t make a full dinner. These are the perfect size. But sadly only one was on the shelves. Niki was so kind and in the middle of helping so many people with a huge welcoming smile on her face. Pointed to the Dale who would show me where they were. Well sadly only one. He went out back and found more. He came back with a smile and I was over the moon! Thank you!! A small gift of calm kindness has gone a long way! Thank you both.

Since the refurbishment it's shocking service staff too busy talking when serving all the cutlery was wet and covered in food and the holder full of crumbs .. mentioned it to staff and was then watched while eating and spoken too like dirt because they also got the order wrong even with the receipt as proof! All the plates for cakes were swimming in water wouldn't recommend going again which is a shame was fine before the refurb

Very nice store, shame it's not a big as. Staff are always helpful. Do miss the cafe that closed a few years ago.

Decent range of food. Not sure about the layout of aisles etc and if felt cramped overall.

Unprofessional bakery member today ...had the nerve to have ago at me as I picked up a pretzel and put in bag ..only for her to be packing cookies by hand into bags really 🙄
