Asda Lincoln North Hykeham Superstore

After leaving my purse in the store I contacted Asda and found them to be unhelpful and dismissive - not doing a thorough search of their lost property area. Three members of staff supposedly looked, and insisted it wasn’t there. I had been assured by an off duty member of the customer service team that it was there so my husband persisted in telling the lady to check again. It was where we said it would be but then he was asked for more proof, even though he could confirm name, address on cards etc and describe the purse! My purse was eventually handed over! The one star is for the manager who apologised. I would, however, give 5 stars to Karen, the off duty member of staff who did her job thoroughly and diligently. She is clearly the saving grace of your team.

Just been In to do my weekly shop and most of the shelves are bare ? no packs of pork pies , ect the big bag of crisps Isle looks like a bombs hit it, no big bags of frozen chips, was utterly discussed

The older cafe reviews are no longer relevant. The cafe is now operated by Costa and is very good indeed. Many thanks to the courteous and efficient staff.

Just spent one hour trying log into asdas rewards point ,to cash in my voucher,I couldn’t get my Asda. Reward points ,one very unhappy customer.i just spent 24.47 pounds in press the hell out of me and put them on my Asda reward points . Christakis louca

Had an amazing time today when I got banned from the shop for something that possibly didn't even happen. This dark pink haired woman let me and my friend know that we are banned because someone lost their phone and wallet, and they "THINK" that we stole it. They said that they've reported it to the police so I can "tell them my story because she doesn't want to hear it". This same woman is known by my mother and gave her a bit of grief when my mam said no to going out with her. I was there yesterday with my mam, so I'm starting to believe that she actually has a personal issue with me and not an actual legal problem. If she reads this (Sammy I believe) then I would love for you to know that there's a complaint coming your way when I'm able to do so. You've made my life incredibly inconvenient due to the fact i have to change pharmacy to pick up medication for my epilepsy. Should this be taken to court then I will file a claim after I've clearly shown that me and my friend are innocent.

0730 no checkouts open, £200 shop in the trolley, very disinterested assistant told me “opens at 0800, you’ll have to do it yourself”. Personal shoppers empty carts abandoned all over the store, many shelves empty, unattended roller cages abandoned in aisles blocking shelves A total joke, 1 star is being generous Did I self check out my goods, did I heck, I as I’m paying for a service that includes checkout, not to do if myself. For the benefit of the owners, Sainsburys had several checkouts running only 10 minutes after I left Asda, and they are open when the shop is, maybe worth thinking about?

Just opened the breaded fish that I have bought for the last 11 years to find the portion size has been reduced but the price is just the same. Shame on you ripping off bastards.

The nearest supermarket to me, though, would travel to asda anyway, stocks a wide range of items, most staff are happy cheerful, a few I now know well.
