Very satisfactory distance purchasing experience. Ruby Crick supported us through the online purchase, and provided everything required for it’s successful conclusion in a timely and helpful manner. The only reason that I have not given 5* is that the car arrived with some slight damage to the front bumper and bonnet, which is to be expected on a car within the price range, but that wasn’t highlighted on the “comprehensive” video that I requested prior to purchase.

Ruby was fantastic with buying my Mazda 2, very helpful and friendly and kept me up to date in a timely manner and through to sale. She made the purchase very easy and simple without any stress at all! Would definitely buy again from this dealership! Thank you so much!!

It is not normal for me to give a 5 star review as nothing in this world is perfect, but 4 stars is very close. I always found sales staff to be quite 'lazy'. Not Ruby Crick though, she had energy (where was she when I was in business). Although I knew all about the sales procedure and handover of vehicles I was pleased that Ruby went through every detail. The car is running well and I now have my tow bar and electrics fitted thanks to Ruby's organizational skills.

We recently purchased a Mazda 3 which we are absolutely delighted with. We have had various Mazdas before and have always been impressed with the quality, style and comfort of them. Ruby Crick was our salesperson and she is such an asset to your company. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and never at any point rushed us into making our decision.
