Myself and my husband went for a gender scan at 16+3, the environment was so friendly and made a very anxious mam to be very calm. The lady preforming the scan and the lady chaperoning were so kind and walked us through all the things with baby. They were sure to make sure if we didn’t want to know the gender in the room to tell us to look away or close our eyes. The lady on reception was so bright and bubbly and nothing was too much trouble while trying to decide on my bear. I would recommend going for a scan to any expectant mothers. I left the clinic with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you so much to the team

Found the experience disappointing in comparison to other clinics I have visited. The scan itself was nearly in complete silence with very little information given. The two ladies were professional but in no way personable with not even a congratulations said after seeing our baby for the first time. It was also incredibly expensive as you only got one picture that was cropped and then an extra £10 for each image after. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely and very kind and enthusiastic, she should of been in the room as she would definitely make the experience far more calming and enjoyable

I had such a wonderful experience at Window to the Womb Swansea. I went for my scan yesterday and the whole team was absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind, patient, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and they took their time to make sure I had the best possible experience. I left feeling reassured and very happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and caring service.

We had a lovely experience in Window to the Womb, the women who did our scan were so lovely and it was such a calm and happy experience. All of our questions were asked and they took their time with the scan and we got a good look at everything. I felt comfortable and happy throughout. Had an early pregnancy scan and gender scan at 16 weeks at Swansea window to the womb. Staff were lovely, all really friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us and were really accommodating with my little boy during the gender scan. Made us feel really at ease and explained everything in detail to us. 100% recommend, Thank you!

Had an early scan back when I was 7 weeks, they made me feel welcome and everyone was so so friendly. The team are so kind and always communicate so well with you. Also went back for a second scan to find out the gender at 16 weeks and although she was a little monkey and was trying her best to hide they made sure they found the gender even though it took that little bit longer.
Wonderful place and wonderful team.

Had such a wonderful experience at our gender scan!
The staff are all very professional and welcoming, nothing is too much of an ask.
Being an IVF couple, they have put us at ease through this whole process and anything we’ve needed they are happy to accommodate to.

This is currently our fourth pregnancy visiting here. We cannot recommend it enough. We have always had an outstanding experience for early reassurance, gender and 4d experience with each child including now with our fourth. The service, the thorough information always helps us feel at ease. Any questions staff are always happy to answer. We can never recommend you enough especially to those who would like the experience with extra few family members or even their children.
