I was served by Hayley, she was SO helpful and lovely.
I was stressing about so many things and she kept consistently reassuring me not to worry, and made everything so much easier.
She had a smile the whole time, even had a laugh with me and had a genuine human interaction. This person needs all the credit in the world

Rhys is another employee there who was super helpful! Got a problem solved without an issue, super friendly service once again

Hi, I called into Swansea Oxford Street Natwest Bank today to deposit a cheque. Found there was a queue for the counter as other staff busy dealing with customers in the cubicles. I did also notice the machines you could use to deposit cheques etc but was nervous so waited in queue. Then a lady who works there think her name was Sharon James but cant remember properly asked if any of us needed help on one of these machines. I was very grateful for her help as she showed me quite easily how to do this on the machine. She was so polite, helpful and easy to understand without being condescending. I called in at approx 12.30 today 10 April 2019 so hope the right lady gets her reward for good service. Thank you.

Shane at the counter was lovely and so helpful explaining clearly about what we needed and when. Lovely chap. Thank you for your help and concern. Very much appreciated. Joy and Mike Cross.

I came to NatWest after another bank failed to be able to help me with my issue. I spoke to different members of staff who were not only really helpful but so pleasant to talk to also. Made my day & sorted my problem. Great service thank you very much!

Have been using this bank for the last 10 years and have always found the staff friendly and approachable.

Wasn't quite so keen when they took the counters away as if you need to speak to counter staff it can take longer.

However, I do like the addition of the automated machines which makes it a lot easier to pay money in, especially if you have a mixture of notes and coins.

Never enough staff on the till points. Always at least on till "broken/ not working/ waiting on an engineer". Seems funny as its always a different till each day from the previous day. Most staff polite enough but have noticed they have little patience with more challenging customers. Also the only bank i know that regularly runs out of change?

All the time I was happy with the Natwest bank service... but I tried this branch. It seems like they have staff but everybody wondering around and just one cashier on the till and behind 20 people. If you try to challenge them ... the staff try to ignore you... I think the big boss should look at this situation as it could be solved very easily - more cashiers on the till, please!

After having to travel into Swansea, as Natwest have closed our local branch down, we waited in line to speak to someone to resolve our online banking access as it has been restricted for some months.
By the time that we were called over it was now past 13:00, which is the time that they close, which in my opinion is far to early to close on a Saturday as people also work on weekdays and Saturdays are the only time to travel into the city.
Even before we sat down in the small open cubicle the lady had a bit of an attitude which contained to worsen as time went on, she did not want to listen to our issue and got very abrupt at times and pulled faces as we tried to explain.
Extremely unhappy and after the closing down of not only our local branch but the surrounding branches too and the behaviour and attitude of the staff in branch we will be looking to leave.
