I had an unpleasant experience with a lady reception staff member at the facility today. Upon inquiring about the pool opening hours, she disregarded my question and failed to provide the information I needed. As a new customer, I found her lack of helpfulness and impolite demeanor quite disheartening. A more attentive and courteous approach would have greatly improved my initial impression of the establishment.

clearly a busy day, pool meet, athletic meet in stadium.
Coffee shop rammed and vending offline.
Approach receptionist on mobile, to say Vending offline. If you go to coffee shop they have a key.
Coffee shop rammed I state, ohh ... They are rqxy busy qué outside the door.

How about HELP, those you work with

their booking system doesn’t work on some phone and doesn’t allow you to do by phone - should change their system !! plus do false advertisements . they say free sessions, none is free you have to have a membership.

The pool itself is great, and so good to have a 50m facility in Swansea. Unfortunately it is really badly run, with reception staff making the whole thing an unpleasant experience. I would have held off putting this review on here, but an official complaint I made over 2 weeks ago has not been acknowledged or actioned. Very disappointing to say the least.

Imagine having to pay to park at a shop/supermarket/gym, well you have to pay to park here. Pay to enter AND pay to park. There's 1 sign on entrance to the lot, the pay & display machine at the far end of the lot out of sight for most. No reminders to pay & display, none at all - only the small sign at the entrance. Predatory, as I found out. £30 fine for missing these minimal signs of paying at a venue where you have to pay. Double-payment required to swim. Absolutely disgusting business practices all-round.

The pool itself is great. However, changing room and shower need refurbishment or at least a good clean. Smelly drains and water pressure is weak. Lockers are small, can't hang your clothes or separate your boots from the rest of your stuff. Moreover, you need one pound to close your locker, it's so crazy in 2024....
