It looks good since the refurb and the new indoor market but is already dying. Shops and stalls are closing, and the area is already half empty. I assume that the rents are ridiculously high, so small interesting businesses can't make a profit. Lincoln City Council, do something to help this area reach its potential and deliver value to the city!

The Cornhill Quarter of Lincoln has been transformed since I moved here. There is a selection of more up market shops and the Everyman Cinema. There are also various eateries and a lot of outside seating. I love the feel of the area when walking around.

Lots of new developments going on including the market area, some development going on by the waterside.
Plenty to do ,see, eat and relax whilst on your shopping trip.

Went as was passing the garden centre was ok and the smaller cafe was really nice however the larger restaurant was not so good. Waited ages to be served bad ignored by at least 3 members of staff so walked out in the end! Got a good bargain from the centre itself

The town centre is very nice and was busy on Saturday afternoon. Would love to come here again.
