I’ve always received an excellent service at this post office and I feel confident that my parcels are dealt with carefully. The staff are unfailingly cheerful and polite, often with a joke and a chat. I have also ordered foreign currency and that has been a great service. Thank you to all the staff.

Yet again stood in a 15 min queue with one person serving. The staff are lovely here and always very efficient, but the number of people on the ground is rarely adequate. Why is there such priority allocated to the food store queues, yet this same commitment of human resources not provided by higher management for the post office. Still queueing!

I incorrectly addressed a parcel full of Christmas presents, only realised it after it had been taken to the Post Office. I phoned in a panic and Jill calmed me down and assured me they would sort it. Which they did, searching through 16 bags and several phones calls later. Absolutely amazing service and so very kind and patient. Thank you!
