The way customer care responding is not at all good,. They were undertaking the issues as granted but not as responsibility.

Hit and miss. Sometimes good service other times bad. Was told they don't have website which they do if you just Google it and that online prices are different to the same company in store. And that transfer time is 2 days but took almost 8 days. Unreliable

Very bad service they don't know how to deal with customers.
By miss take i put wrong name on beneficially and then they take 1 week for conclusion and after 1 week they again charge fee plus according to rate they give us less money.?
I advise you shouldn't use this service

Terrible customer service!!! I would not trust this place to exchange currencies or hand over my Identification! I’m concerned about using my ID for scamming purposes!

The man who’s apparently a manager, gave me a false information about IDs! I’ve double checked with another exchange place & I was told, IDs are not always required unless! Frankly, this person who works here, has lied!!!!
