Great service, very friendly staff! I was helped by Dewo and she helped me understand the whole process.

Just one hour ago, experienced with a lazy employee of this Eurochange. Even from her face you can tell she is not keen to work 30 minutes prior to closing time. Aside of their horrible exchange ratio, she told me without having a look she cannot buy my $70 and 70€ because she don't have enough £. Really !!!? I'm having £200 in my valet. No interest, no effer like I can sell only Euros... nothing. I'm less than annoying insect in her way home. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NEVER EVER.

Hi Sir, I was standing outside ur shop in haymarket today at about 3pm and a woman was sending money which she was facing difficulties with. The man working there was clearly fed up of her and she took out her frustration of me and my daughter in which the man responded by being extremely rude to me and my daughter even though we did not do anything to the woman or the man. I always send money there but today because he was extremely rude I went elsewhere. Everyone else is so nice and helpful but that man was so aggressive and rude when we did not say anything to him. I hope u take some action against this please. It was a white ginger man working at 3pm and was still there at 4pm. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately don’t remember the name of the lady behind the glass but she was extremely helpful and kind, thanking her for her great customer service and making things as efficient as possible.
