I had cause to contact LTS whilst visiting a relative in Leicester. I received a 'phone call about 2 hours later from an extremely helpful and articulate lady who was so understanding and made some great suggestions. I was surprised to see poor reviews on Google as this was the exact opposite of my experience.

Seem lovely enough. Good knowledge. Very kind and empathetic. Just really hard to get hold of without going through a lot of different services. Current contact issues could he avoided with a triage system for those in urgent need.

The phone number is unavailable within opening hours. The alternative CAB line has been busy for 9 minutes. This is a really bad deal for the people of Leicester.
