Looks great when they send their first email with a portal for clarification of process. That’s the best I can say. After this point I spoke to multiple members of the team had a multitude of wrong information. Full paperwork not sent out when requested. Staff on the phone were generally rude or had a not bothered attitude. The portal u spoke about is a waste of time as it always shows as all paperwork complete when it is not so there is not clarity of time scale. Their inefficient service slowed down my mortgage application and cost me an extra £500 over a nearly three month period. Escalated this to a complaint and management were no better at resolving the issue. I then had extra fees which were
not made clear at the start of my contract. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

have just finished a remortgage with this company. Nothing was explained at any stage. I was asked for documents I'd already sent & told I hadn't complied with requests despite not understanding what was being requested & having emails asking for clarification ignored.
At the last hour in order for the remortgage to go through I was told to send £312. Emails asking what it was for were ignored. They're still being ignored. I understand the other poor reviews on here.

Our company use many conveyancers and we found Your Conveyancer absolutely fantastic! The communication and the team went above and beyond to meet the timeframes we presented to them and they were almost impossible to meet.
Callum W took the case and provided us with a 5* service! I cannot recommend Your Conveyancer enough

I was recommended them via mojo mortgages for my remortgage, I would not recommend them to anyone else! Very slow and having to chase everything up to even know whats going on. I will now incur extra costs due to the slow process. Extremely disappointed with this service. Go somewhere else at all costs. To think im paying for this service!

I have just bought my first house with Your Conveyancer. I have been dealing with a lady called Izaura, I cannot sing her praises enough. The whole process have been very smooth and the house sale has been pushed through very quickly. Izaura has kept me up to date from start to finish and responded asap with any queries I had. Thank you for making my first home purchase so smooth. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Absolutely appalling experience.

Went through YourConveyancer as recommended for a remortgage. Submitted all documents as requested, leaving plenty of time ahead of the remortaging date. Received numerous automated updates for months confirming no further action required on my part.

On the afternoon of the day of completion, I received an email saying a document was actually missing (i.e; an oversight on their part). I requested a callback immediately for clarification, as the phone number had been removed from their email signature. 24hrs later, I received another email, asking if I had an update - so the conveyancer had completely ignored my simple request for a phone call.

The mortgage offer expired, down to their oversight, so we have had to apply for another mortgage and restart the application process. We have now had to revert to the SVR at a cost to ourselves, due to YourConveyancer.

I have barely had any contact from YourConveyancer, let alone an apology, nor even confirmation in writing that the case was closed until I requested an update. I even received, post-closure, a request for payment for a document that I hadn't been notified of needing, on a case that has closed.

Terrible and highly stressful experience, with no apologies and the bare minimum of contact.

Avoid: we’ve since had to apply for another mortgage (solely down to YourConveyancer’s oversight and slow responses) and the paperwork has been done by another company with the minimum of fuss and has been much more professional.

terrible company, however, my remortgage bank chose it, they are extremely slow. After the first day open my case, for the whole week, they did nothing! and on the 2nd week, Monday, there was an update from the tracking system said, title confirm, customer ID confirm. Then Monday afternoon, after calling them, the case worker emailed me asking for cerified ID! I sent them to her on Tuesday, then asked me questions about the title, which I thought they have already confirmed in 1st week. I really hope the remortgage bank dont work with this company anymore.

Dreadful service.

Slow and lacking proactivity.

They utilise an online hub of sorts whereby you can track your progress, upload documents and attempt to make contact with them. From this hub, progress and milestone updates are sent periodically.

Well, I received a milestone update several times for the same milestone on different days. 'The following milestone was completed today'. Unless my milestone has mastered time travel and the manipulation of quantum physics, that can't be possible.

I know it sounds nit-picky but DETAIL should be a solicitor's bread and butter.

As is usual with companies of this ilk, very little effort was made to explain matters in lay terms and I found them to be most unlikeable.

Will avoid using ever again, even if it is 'free' legal.

The array of 1 star reviews does not surprise me. At all.
