Have always had a great experience at Reflect, enough to make me a return customer. Both my general washes and full valets have been top quality. Liam in particular provides excellent customer service every time, and is an asset to the team.

Despite all the bad reviews for this place i Booked a customers car in for wash and hoover 4 days in advance ,explained i wanted it to be done prior to mot at 11am .so they Booked for Sat morning 9 30.l drove to Bonnyrigg from fife collected car from customer then got a text on my way back to dunfermline to say they couldnt do it as short staffed . But when I passed they were happily doing the drive in car washes . I would have thought pre booked customer should have been a priority over passing customers driving in . Definitely bad business practice .and no thoughts for the customer

Took our ranger in for a wash, ended up with deep scratches and gouges all over it. Returned to speak to the owner who looked at it and agreed the car was badly washed and damaged. And offered to have a detailer fix it and organised a time ro go back and speak to the co owner. We did this to which point she denied all responsibility for the damage but said they would Polish it as a good will gesture . My husband asked why if they didnt cause the damage to which she stormed off. My husband said we will be taking this further and took photos of the equipment used to damage the car. At this point she lost her temperature and started screaming at my husband and throwing her body at him and one of our labourers . She then instructed an employee to man handle my husband off the carwash. Appauling place avoid at all costs

Steady decline since it changed hands. Only a couple of guys on now so the wait is horrendous and thats not an over reaction. Any more than 2 cars in a queue and I wouldnt bother. Have seen as many cars reversing out and leaving.

Frequently miss stages of wash if you are not paying attention. Today they skipped the degreaser and the wax, pretty sure that's intentional as well. Usually get home to find large areas missed and wheels as dirty as they were before the wash.

Time to find another car wash for me. Shame really but you are only as good as your last bad wash.

Would recommend you don't waste your money and mental health here, as well as the hour it takes to get any water thrown at your vehicle.

Was welcomed very professionally.
Asked for wheels & wax.
After the wash they gave me a complimentary chamois.
Fantastic job, car looked great!

I’ve been to Reflect Car Wash a few times now and I’m always impressed with the quality of the clean. The car always comes out looking spotless, and the team there are friendly and helpful.

Like other recent users, really poor service. Really long wait, 40/45 minutes paid for wash and wheels, when I got home couldn’t believe the state of the wheels, practically untouched!
I’ve used this place for years, used to be really good. I will not use again

Came in for a full wash and valet and great job done , took time , and was done to high standards will definitely be back 😀
