I contacted WEX a few wks ago and had no response, I called last week and spoke to Jessica who was brilliant, took the time to explain everything to me and guide me through the process.

They were eager to sell us their fuel card and used my residential address instead of our company one without asking, then after 3 months of back and forth their credit team decided they cannot accept our proof of address (bank statement) as they can only accept council tax and utility bills which we do not have. I mean they wanted us to provide proof of address so that they can correct the mistake they made in the first place. Literally, they signed us up knowing we don't have a physical office, used my residential address wrongly, then refused to change it to our registered company address because we couldn't give them utility bills or council tax. This is how messed up they are... Customer service is absolutely useless, no one knows anything. You can't speak to their credit team directly, there is no manager on duty if there is one than that's as useless as everyone else. They overcharged us, their system is full of bugs ( shows we have 2 telematics from them when we only have one).Honestly, I could go on and on.

Anyone out there looking for a fuel card - please avoid Wex at all cost. I don't even understand how they have good reviews here, check Trustpilot before sign up with them.

Shocking service, sold me telematics. made them aware of the fact I don’t need it anymore 2 years ago and they’ve failed to remove it from my account and have been charging me for a service I haven’t needed or have anymore.. avoid if possible!!

Don't waste your time. Applied for a fuel card and was told it would arrive within 10 days but it didn't arrive when it should have. Tried contacting Wex and they just completely ignored me or told me they would call back.

Tim our Account Manager is always professional and very helpful. There have been many occasions we have had issues but Tim has always got them resolved in a timely manner. We hope to we get to meet him one day.
