Been well looked after by the staff that work there. I'm so pleased with my new car and had everything explained and shown how it all works. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left with our beautiful Electric Mokka we were treated with the highest levels of customer service and care. Rhys was an absolute star making sure our needs and requirements were met. Rhys and the team went well beyond and pulled out all the stops to ensure we were not disappointed when a last minute hitch on our part threatened to delay our handover. On the hand over of the vehicle, Rhys was very informative and patient in making sure we understood how the car operated. Overall a 10/10 experience!!

I have just bought a new car from Eden Exeter, and was very pleasantly impressed with the transaction. It was what I would describe as ‘adult’. That is without the horse trading and being treated with respect, Rhys was a pleasure to deal with. The car I bought was not what I was looking for initially but after being shown over the model and taking a test drive I was impressed enough to buy it.

I have now purchased three cars through Eden at Exeter.
Each time it has been an enjoyable experience. On this occasion Ryan has been entirely friendly, proactive and helpful, and the purchase is proceeding smoothly to a delivery.
On the last occasion, a Chris Lamb was also very proactive and helpful a few years ago when the vehicle I had purchased was found not to be suitable for me, and was changed to a better option efficiently and without complications
