A very friendly team working hard underpressure.

The current staff are an asset; knowledgable and friendly. Above all, they're happy to help.

Having this service is vital for my business, many other businesses and residents alike. Yes there are times when it's busy and you have to wait awhile (mostly due to misinformed customers) but rather that than not have the service at all.

Left home early to pick up a parcel, lady said she was unable to find it after looking for a whole 35 seconds Amazon clearly says it has been delivered. Asked me to come back when a different member of staff is on from “1:30pm - 5:30pm”, I showed up at 5:05pm for the guy to shout “nope I’m closing after this lady”. Ridiculous service, no way to run a place that people rely on so heavily

Long queues and understaffed. Post Office, look after your employees! They try their best but are totally overwhelmed when demand outweighs staffing levels. Also, a campaign to help people who could get what they need online would really help your queues. The good nature of your customers is the only thing that stops a riot.

It’s peak hours and there’s only one counter operation. Every automated kiosk is out of action down to poor management of this branch.

Everytime I went in the office was in darkness and all I could get out of WH Smith staff were one day the staff never came back so that’s that.

Had to wait 3 weeks for Amazon to refund it because of refused delivery.

The skeleton staffing is always overwhelmed with the demand. 1 maybe 2 if you're very lucky working. Always a huge que. Watched at least 10 people give up and walk out

If you have a letter to post to the Outer Hebrides walk there to deliver it.....It will be quicker than queuing here to buy a stamp. Sorry for the sarcasm but every time I have been to this post office I have given up after waiting an interminable time in the que.

Staff unhelpful. Given the incorrect information. Will be amazed if the items in question reach their destination!

Update - the said items DID NOT reach their destination. Have had to open a claim online with Royal Mail as it is impossible to contact the Sorting Office. My advice therefore is to go somewhere else!
