Booked a TUI cruise with Carly last year and couldn’t believe how helpful and thorough she was. Was so reassuring to book with someone so knowledgeable. Just want to say a massive thank you to all the amazing team at the Exeter branch especially Louis. Me and my wife wanted to book something special for my step daughters birthday so we decided to book Disneyland Paris and Louis went above to make sure everything was perfect especially as my step daughter has autism. It was a magical holiday which we will have memories of for the rest of our lives! We will certainly be booking another holiday here again!
