Excellent service. Friendly staff. Wheelchair friendly. Very helpful providing help for my neighbour who is wheelchair bound. Mainly popped in to do a passport photo for his national bus pass. They had a blind to pull down behind him which was helpful. Worked out roughly £8 for 6 passport photos which were cut to size and attached into card slots. 10/10

I went in store with the intention of buying a pocket camera. The Sony at around £1000 caught my attention. I asked the "salesman" to tell me a little about it. He decided I must be a moron and treated me as one for the next 5 minutes, telling me I would not understand what made it worth the money. I tried to explain to him that I did understand a smattering of the tech speak, but he assured me I did not as he, being a photo editor, was the authority, knew more than I could possibly grasp As you can imagine, by this point I was extremely angry and frustrated and decided to take my money elsewhere. I will not be going into that store again and I certainly would tell my friends to avoid it too.

Purchased a Nikon P950 Camera plus accessories in store at a very competitive price. Being a complete novis with Photography my mind was immediately put at ease by Matt who couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy and guided me through the equipment to fit my needs. Having finally chosen everything I required Matt even set the camera up and installed the Snap-bridge software. I can't recommend this branch enough.

Great customer service, great experience. I wanted to purchase in shop rather than online. I'm glad I did! The team in Exeter are fab and a credit to the company! I asked them to phone me when the lens I wanted came in. To their credit they did and an hour later it was in my hands. Top job!
