Worst rate, actually a rip off company, on airport enterence, inside the lounge, on high street and online all prices are different foe the same company. Where are the regulating authorities? I know inside the airport prices may be higher but not that high, where the difference is unbeliveable..

The lady working is either dishonest/incompetent or both. She tried to exchange pounds to euro at .91 rate instead of 1.09. When I realized that I told her and she got angry and started yelling at me. She didn’t even let me explain to her that it’s not possible that I receive less euros than sterling I gave her.
