Left the garage after showing the engine management light on .He told me just needs a good run turns out the Egr valve is fxxxxd. Plus wire comming out of the tyre.and a few other hidden things .I'd say read the reviews The fact is you knew there was a problem not good after service has to be said ..Warranty was purchased but surprise didn't cover it
So basically wasn't a cheaper van in the long run .£ 1300 to be fixed

Went to view a car after a phone call. Travelled an hour to get there during my journey he decided to put the price up £500. The car had a poor scuff repair job they said I get it done cheap! So why didn't you do it then. No apologies or explanation for wasting my time. Avoid like the plague.

Friendly, attentive and respectful members of staff who communicated in a non pushy manner made this company a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was effortless from start to finish and the payment and collection of the vehicle went smoothly.

The car had a broken key and an illegal tyre and it was overdue a service. Also it had a puncture in another tyre I asked for just £50 off as courtesy and they refused. They didn't mention any of that before driving an hour and a half to come and see it...dealt with Dave and Pete who to be fair were nice enough in person but the prep on the car was 0. They should also inform that they don't take card payments. First dealer I have dealt with that doesn't take card payments. The mileage on the add and the invoice was wrong by 3k miles too, problems with the logbook...let's just leave it there...

These guys are thieves, have no morals, or take any responsibility for a car. I looked at the car on Autotrader, reserved a car, went there from a distance... had to plan the trip, but on reaching there, first they say another customer has come, and if that customer decides not to buy, then you can buy... Imagine your situation. After discussing, arguing, and waiting there for 2-3 hours, they said, "Okay, you can buy this car." I looked at that car; it was all direct and not checked at all. They claim they did all the checks, but all false. I had no choice, it looked okay, and I decided to buy as I came from a distance. They pressure you to buy a warranty, which is of no use. They claim if you don't take the warranty, then forget about calling us for anything. I was dealing with a person named 'Dave,' and he was very rude. Worst fellow ever I interacted with!

They advertise with wrong information; they said two keys, but only told me that they have one key after paying them for a car. I was very furious and said I want to cancel the deal, so much false information. Then they said, "We will post the key to you; you please go now." I didn't trust them, as you can see the reviews; I asked them to give me in writing.

It's been one month chasing them for the key. First, they don't respond to any emails; second, I kept calling them; they said we posted the key, but I did not receive it for two weeks. They said we sent it using standard post. Again, no reply for a few days. Finally, after repeatedly following up, I received the key, which was only posted a day before. The key was the wrong key, doesn't work at all, serial number also not matching; they just sent any keys and claimed that's the key which we received from the company. I called Dave, again very rude and not ready to help at all, saying that the only key which we received and saying he will not do anything from now on.

Their owner, Mark, looked to be a decent person, but he said, "I can't help; it's Dave's matter, please speak to him."

Such a pain to deal with these guys! I would recommend, DONT BUT BUY FROM THEM AT ANY COST. please spend £300-500 more but buy from a trusted dealer. I'm sure they won't help you in any ways, once you step out from their office!
