Today, I visited two Ramsdens stores, and I had vastly different experiences. My first stop was the store at Kirkgate, where unfortunately, I encountered a very unpleasant situation. The staff member was arrogant and dismissive towards me, which left me feeling disrespected and disappointed as a customer.
Following this, I decided to visit the Ramsdens store at Broadway, and my experience there was completely different. The store had a welcoming atmosphere, and the service was outstanding. I would like to especially thank Toni, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Since I was purchasing a piece of jewelry for my mother, I had a hard time deciding, but Toni’s expertise and attentive approach made the process much easier.
Thank you for the exceptional service I received at the Broadway store. I hope the Kirkgate location can improve its customer service to match this high standard.
