I recently visited eurochange in Bradford to sell some dollars back, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The shop was quite busy, but Tracy handled it with professionalism and a calmness. Despite the hustle and bustle, she was attentive, friendly, and efficient. I went today to get some Hungarian Forint. First of all it was available to my surprise as other places didn't have it. I was served by Tracy who was really helpful and welcoming. Everything was smooth and she was easy to talk to. Great customer service and I will definitely be going again to exchange money.

First class service as always. I ordered Euros to collect, and after placing the order, I sent an email to ask if it would be possible to get them in a particular denomination. I received an extremely friendly reply to say that the request had been forwarded to the collection point and that they would do their utmost to provide the smaller notes that I wanted. Almost immediately, I received an email to say they were ready. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and professional member of staff, Ray, who instantly reassured me that she had packed the Euros to my EXACT request! This is where Eurochange really stand out for me as, other providers, simply don’t offer this sort of flexibility. I really appreciated how Ray was so accommodating rather than making me feel like an awkward customer! It was very clear how much she enjoys her job and this really makes for a more pleasurable experience. The exceptional service from start to finish is why I recommend them to friends and family. Fast and friendly every time, and always happy to accommodate any particular requests if they can. The overall service can make it easy to forget that they are also almost always top of the Martin Lewis tables in terms of the exchange rates they offer.

I paid online to collect from instore. The money was sealed etc. When i got home it was a considerable amount short. I had to then make around trip of 7 miles plus pay for parking again to getnthe right amount. I wasnt offered an apology, just a comment by the cashier saying it gets busy here errors are made. I wasnt in the greatest of moods as you can imagine. I didnt comment. All i can say is pleasecount before leaving the shop.

Tried to get euros from my travel card and apparently they can’t do it !… The reason why is because they charge fees abroad and a prefer the cash… They can only give me gbp? but why not the euros what’s on my card it’s stupid .. so then I asked okay fine give me it all in cash money then exchange then they said they can’t do it again absolutely diabolical. Should have gone with Tesco .. as new traveller a new customer disappointed

Tracy has the most excellent customer service I’ve ever seen, she’s amazing at it!
