I had the misfortune of being served by a girl named Chiara (if that was even her real name, as she wore no identification badge). Her attitude was appalling—no greeting, just rudeness. When we calmly explained our issue, she didn't apologize. Instead, she started shouting at us because our English wasn't perfect.

Management
The management is equally abysmal. Chiara couldn't find anything on the system and only gave us vague, unhelpful answers. She refused to take any responsibility, blaming the business's incompetence instead. We couldn't even speak to a manager because, apparently, the manager is never there.

*Conclusion*
Do not trust them with any transaction. They will only cause you more trouble. Find another place to handle your currency exchange needs.
