The women who served me on the 21st of January was ever so rude to me and refused to carry out a pay zone purchase via a post office card..... I had to walk to the other side of town to the other post office who were lovely

Post office shuts at 5pm turned up to the doors at 4:50 with finishing work late still had 10 minutes to spare to then get to the doors and woman with glasses shuts door in my face I said it’s not even 5pm yet your closing 10 minutes early she replied well I’m going home. Very rude and unprofessional absolutely livid.

The women are always helpful and polite but the Indian guy always issues with,argumentative.i always sell things same size large letter,one day went in and he said sorry can't must be small parcel trying to get more money out of me so I argued my case stating I come every day and always send same large letter.he expected me to go home just to sellotape the side when clearly had some on the counter ,I travelled 30mins I wasn't prepared to go home ,he then charged me to sellotape the corner,very rude,no customer skills won't go again.

Fast, friendly service at this post office. Queues are dealt with quickly and efficiently and you're never in here too long even at really busy times. Far better than a lot of post offices and nothing is too much trouble.

Terrible post office service. Everything is charged. I was positing a letter and just need sellotape. Staff insist that I must buy, and then when I was paying, they said they could only take cash for stationary. So I just left and went to the town Center for the post office there

Friendly staff in one of few remaining town centre post offices. Doesn’t offer full services that I expected but they do provide currency exchange which is handy.
