I bought an 1100 pound electric bike from here .. unfortunately it was no good battery was wasted. Supposedly checked obviously not cash express… second hand. Second hand problems… I DID GET A FULL REFUND THOUGH WHICH IS RARE FOR THIS COMPANY WITH LIMITED OUTLETS…

Be very careful!!’ I bought a camera lens as a gift the shop told me it had been fully checked and worked fine. It did not the auto focus did not work. When I returned it I was told to leave it with them and they would get there guy to check it. Went back the next Saturday to be told it worked fine just not on my camera and offered to buy it back for £20 less than I paid. I said no prove to me that it works and I will sell it privately. 10 mins of him messing trying to get it to work I got my refund. Don’t take there word they are not honest!!!

I would have given them zero star, if there was an option . I noticed an AirPod priced at £70 in the window. Upon entering and requesting to see it, the salesman didn't show it to me, took it inside, and returned claiming it was faulty, which seemed unlikely. It appears they realized the displayed price was lower than intended. Despite being a regular customer, I've never encountered such behavior before. I plan to inform everyone I know to avoid this shop.
