Amelia and rimmy was so helpful I'm the shop when I went in on Sunday they provided amazing customer service and Amelia went out her way to help me her customer service was fantastic I definitely will use here now over any other postoffice they deserve more then 5 stars id give them 10 if could thank you so much for ur help

Use this shop regular the older man is so lovely and welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful always has been today went in for a cold drink the tall young Asian male and young girl talking to each other in their language felt like they was talking about me then no manners no please or thank you very ignorant towards me they are letting that shop down never had a bad experience yet at that shop untill tonight

Fantastic. Welcoming friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble . The Post Office staff are very knowledgeable and it really is a pleasure to shop here. So much easier than driving into the city centre to visit the bank.They even went out of their way to order in cigarettes that they didn't stock.

Such a lovely welcoming shop with lovely staff. The girls on the Post Office are so warming & friendly. I come all the way from Bilton just for the use of the Post Office as they are very helpful when I need to send a parcel or withdraw/deposit cash. 10/10 always

Terrible! The owner surge served me last week I chose a bottle of water to buy. Paid using card then the error was sorry it’s declined. Same process 3 times. My bank pin is my house number on repeat. Walked out and went to the off-licence across the road. Here u cannot use contactless as this cost him more money To have this function. Good job that they is more than 1 post office in hull as I won’t ever return. Ask me financial question on money whilst was shopping. This post office I rate, 1.2 out of 10.

I use Jackpot Wines regularly, it is a very clean and well presented shop, with an excellent choice of products. I particularly like the owners and staff who are so friendly and helpful and who also have a cheery smile and very helpful. The shop is always busy and the customers seems very happy to be shopping there too. I have only known them to be out of stock of Chum once.

We are lucky to have such a good shop in our area. Keep up the good work Jackpot Wines!

Girlfriend been in twice and was spoken to like a child!! He also has a van parked illegally on the foot path with NO mot on it + smashed windows and flat tyre's,,registration N45 FRH..don't know who he thinks he is dumping his scrap on a foot path!!
