Worst rate exchange of my life! I transferred 680 Zloty to Euro. The rate should have come back around 160. Instead I received 122. I understand a service charge and maybe a % on top but to lose 24% of your exchange is outrageous!

Rip-Off Alert!!
Exchanged money at this place when I was on a time crunch at Frankfurt Airport.I can paid $95 to exchange $350 USD in to Euros. They offer an exchange rate that is worse than anywhere else, have a 2.2% service fee, AND a 4.90 Euro “handling fee”. Unbelievable! Avoid this option!!! I’ll never use them again.

I want to select ZERO starts but I can not, this is the worst currency exchange, the lady at the departure hall refused to service me with planet tax refund, telling me to go after immigration counter, she knew it was closed, when I arrived after immigration it was closed.
I advice any one to avoid them as much as you can.

Their rates are akin to theft, they will give you a full 50% less than what you are owed! Do not exchange money at the airport, draw some cash from an ATM instead and exchange your foreign currency somewhere else downtown!
