I've shopped here three times, but this was the last time. The day before Valentine's Day, I decided to give my wife and my 6-year-old daughter a gift - I bought them a pair of gold earrings. I paid £120 in total. The earrings for my daughter turned out to be too small... because I visit this place once every two weeks. Exactly 14 days after the purchase, I returned to exchange the cheaper earrings for £25, with an additional fee, for some other, slightly larger ones.. The young lady at the service desk was nice, but she had to ask her superior for permission. This woman didn't even leave the counter to go to the customer (and I could tell by her voice that she was selling it to me herself) - of course, sorry' no.? You've lost a regular customer! -that's not how you treat people
