Me and my friend went in to try and price up a holiday and the people working made us feel stupid the lady they phoned laughed at us they wouldn’t let us explain what we were wanting and when we asked a question instead of being polite just shut us down in quite a abrupt way
Went to Tui they sorted it all out for us in an hour when we spent an hour in hays wanting to leave

Booked a holiday in the Sheerness branch and was quoted a price but when we returned an hour later we were told the price had dropped by £75 and paid in full. The next morning we recieved a phone call saying the price was wrong as they hadn't added on the cost of the luggage and we as customers should of realised that as that's why the price had dropped.
Was spoken too very rudely and couldn't get a word in as she kept interrupting me.
Said let's just cancel the holiday but was told we would lose the full payment.
Won't let this ruin our holiday but WON'T EVER BE BOOKING WITH HAYS AGAIN.
Very poor customer service.
It's very easy to see why Thomas Cook went bust in the first place with their lack of customer care.
