Husband and I went to New York 3 weeks ago. Anne booked us,sort out we had to take the walker. Sorted and booked everything we wanted to do. Sorted assistant. She was brilliant. Always polite and friendly.

After they took our money we never heard from them again or anything will never use them again I'm sorry we're back to TUI and they also so did not book him in for the right car park we always go go to to meet and greet and when we got there we were informed we went booked in for meet and greet and we nearly missed our flight but the Girl on the desk did as a favour and booked it in on the spot
