Chelsea our travel consultant was outstanding , she was so knowledgeable, helpful and polite , she helped us booked the holiday of our dreams to Canada , her replies to my questions prior to going into the shop were so prompt . Went in to today to collect the local currency for my holiday destination, met by a warm reception by every member of staff of the team, everyone made acknowledgments and said good morning, really friendly and super service as always, top marks for everyone, never go anywhere else for these services can’t beat the customer service, thank you!

Can’t thank Hays travel enough for their help, in particular Claire. You have given us our perfect honeymoon, not an exotic destination but it is our favourite hotel in our favourite resort. We couldn’t be happier, thank you so so much.

From the first comment off the travel advisir of you wont find swim up rooms in greece i knew that i wasnt going to get any help with finding a holiday.
it went down hill from there really, the advisor had very little knowledge on anything i was requesting.
I had already done a fair amount of searching myself so i knew what was and what was not possible so to be told you can only get swim up rooms on the luxe collection was again wrong. absolutley useless and i am very disapointed with hays that they would have someone that knows nothing about what they are selling

I was always one of those people who sorted out their own holidays.
(searching the internet, booking my own flights/hotels/transfers).
I've used Hays Travel in Castleford for the last couple of times & can't think of a single bad thing to say.
Even when covid scuppered a booking a few years ago, Hays sorted everything for me, I never had to lift a finger.
They make it all so simple & truly know their business.
It's a great team down there & I personally will only ever book through them forevermore.
Can't praise them enough!
