I am so grateful for the wonderful care and kindness Gareth and Dani gave to my beloved dog Meg on Sunday evening. They made her as comfortable as they possibly could on her final journey, and we were all (including Meg) reassured by their calm and caring manner. It really meant a lot at a very difficult time, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Used Gareths services to transport my Mini Dachshund puppy from Wales to East Yorkshire. The service was brilliant! Lots of communication and definitely put my puppy first. He arrived completely unfased by his long journey looking very comfortable and safe. Would recommend and use again without a second thought 😊

Can't thank you enough for grooming a very scared dog due to bad experiences previously! He is super nervous but was treated with kindness, patience & understanding. Instead of being told 'he can't be groomed' I was given excellent advice on how to make it easier for him in future. Gizmo looks amazing & it is thanks to you that actually care for the dogs you groom. Makes all the difference. Thank you 💕💕

*UPDATE*

I was told by the groomer that Gizmo had tension in his legs. I've been on holiday in Disneyland for two weeks but got Gizmo booked in at vets for as soon as I returned. His joints in his back legs are moving the wrong way & dislocating themselves so thanks to you he is now on supplements aged two that will help stop this pain and hopefully stop him having arthritis in the future. I honestly CANNOT thank you enough, he'd even had a recent vet visit because he wasn't eating & she didn't pick up on it. You've spared Gizmo from a lifetime of pain because it's been picked up early- thanks to you!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I took my dog Luna here for the first time on the 16th September. The staff were really friendly and instantly put me at ease, as I was a little apprehensive leaving my girl with absolute strangers.
They messaged me as soon as she was ready to be collected and when I arrived to pick Luna up she was really relaxed, and happy 😊
Luna looked and smelled amazing, to be honest I couldn't stopping hugging her just to smell her coat when we got home.
We will definitely be returning for Luna to be pampered again soon.
