The young ladies in this shop go above and beyond to help .
My friend and I have booked holidays with them several times and they are patient.kind and very helpful . They don't mind how many questions you ask of them and are happy to help us with anything we need to do online .

We visited Braintree Hays Travel today to enquire about booking a holiday. We were greeted by Sarah who was extremely helpful and patient with us as we were not sure what we wanted. We came away with a lovely holiday booked with the help of Sarah who was so friendly and helpful. Will certainly use them again.

Much improved in recent years. No longer is it necessary to get the best bargains off Teletext or the Internet. Just pop into Thomas Cook and let them do all the work. I've found their prices match up to some of the best bargains I've found elsewhere. It is good to meet them face to face, but they are happy to deal with you over the phone too. Not used their Foreign Exchange, so can't comment on that.
