I ordered and paid for my money online for collection two days later. I received a confirmation email instantly. I then received a text message saying my money was ready for collection. I went for collection with my ID and was served by a lovely gentleman called Ali, who was very pleasant and accommodating. He took my ID and handed me the money that I ordered. I checked it and wanted to change a few larger denominations to smaller, which he did for me. A very slick, well organised service. I will definitively be using this company again. It is with noting that you get a better rate if you pre-order your money online.

Beware of this place, my son was scammed. He went for Egyptian currency and was given 35 to the £ when the rate should be 65. He's learned his lesson the hard way. Cost him £160 to learn it though.
