Gisela and Shilpi were absolutely outstanding in their service! I had a very particular request with my denominations and they were beyond accommodating, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience whatsoever. They were so patient and helpful and did it all with a smile! Thank you!

Went today to collect currency. Initially spoken to Connor on live chat to request small denominations- super helpful and organised it all after I placed my order, then today I was served by Leanne at the under escalator kiosk Barbirolli Mall Arndale centre branch - she was super helpful and friendly, genuine rapport and interest for her customers. I would hire her in a heart beat for customer service! Great rate again too, so will definitely return next time I need currency

29/01/2024. Bold man that is unfortunately the best way to describe him as i didnt get his name. Time was 19:30.
The man at the counter was extremely unprofessional , rude & pathetic. Never had an experience like this at Euro change used them for years. I am not sure as to what he was so annoyed about we only wanted to exchange some currency. We ended up leaving!
