I want to give a big thank-you to Francis and Roger for their exceptional help. I needed a good exchange rate for my money at the last minute, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring I got a great rate despite the time crunch. Their dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful for their help especially when I called a different branch, and was told by the agent his priority is talking to customers infront of him and not a customer on the phone calling to ask for clarity (also offered no help to resolve my query). Highly recommend this branch for their services to anyone in need!
