A decent, reliable, and reasonably priced cryptocurrency exchange. THE GOOD: Coinjar allows you to buy, send, and receive a wide range of cryptocurrencies. Once you purchase your crypto, it's easy, cheap, and simple to send that crypto to your personal wallet, whether it's a Ledger wallet or anything else. Coinjar also makes depositing funds into your account a seamless and quick process, with PayID and various other transfer methods available. The rewards system offers a good incentive to use their services more frequently. THE BAD: It's not the cheapest exchange around, but it's not the most expensive either. It does have certain restrictions—small daily transfer limits, for instance—that can irritate certain users, like me. I've also experienced a handful of technical issues that really REALLY upset me, but the helpful staff did eventually resolve them without any dramas. Some of these issues did take time, though, to resolve. THE UGLY: Nothing yet—and I hope nothing in the future, fingers crossed, because cryptocurrency exchanges don't have the best reputation.

Allowed me to transfer money in from my Bank account and buy crypto and send to another exchange. As soon I tried to send a small amount of BTC back they locked it as pending transaction (been over 2 weeks now). Don’t bother with them.

My account was locked, I could not withdrawn out of my current holdings at the time I would have liked, hence they lost me over $500, this was after assuring me I had full access to internal trading. They claim in the support forum to be available on weekends, no response all weekend, I have liquidated my account at 1% fee on everything just to get away from them. (Australian Branch, but has turned me off any dealings with Coinjar)

Terrible exchange, I am a professional trader, I was buying, selling and moving my assets around almost on a daily basis. My account was deactivated for reasons unknown. I confronted coinjar and I was advised that coinjar could not talk to me about this and they will terminate my account. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this exchange to anyone else, infact I will convince all users to desert this exchange.

I am also waiting for deposited funds from my bank account on 8th Feb to reach coinjar account. I have emailed several times, no single reply. I enjoy using coinjar as I have never had an issue before. But this lack of support is very disappointing

I've held a CoinJar account for at least 2 years. The interface isn't user friendly. But eventually you get the hang of it. My biggest grip: no 24/7 support. BTC can fluctuate over many 1,000's of $, and when you need a transaction fixed, that didn't get assigned a TXID (on a Saturday), your screwed till support arrives on Monday. Surely a skeleton staff are there if the system crashes. Or is that not a concern?!!!

Am still awaiting for my deposited funds (Jan 7, 2021) from my bank to appear in my coinjar account to transact. Its been 4 days now since. No reply to my numerous email and no phone contact. Will update..
