I attended the Sailmaker branch at Ipswich. I had a number of old American Express US and Canadian dollars travellers cheques as well as similar currency. Dawn, your colleague, was excellent. She had to make several phone calls to establish whether they were still valid. Similarly with the Canadian currency. She was very patient, helpful, friendly and professional. An absolute credit to your organisation.
