What a great setup in here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and went here to buy some Pokémon cards as well as an N64 game. Very fab service, also sold my old gaming rig to them they offered a very reasonable price and I cleared up space. If you're not happy with the prices they offer you remember the shop has to leave room to make a profit too ?

Had a really good experience with the staff in here and the customer service was impeccable. Will be back soon as the advice was highly valued.

How dumb do you think I am? Went in to trade in an american copy of a Gameboy Colour game. Got told all gameboys before the gameboy advance line of consoles are region locked. So how have I played my american copy of pokemon yellow on my european gameboy consoles for the last 20+ years, hm? It only takes a quick google to know that isnt the truth anyway, the Gameboy line, from the original to the advance are NOT region locked. Lying to your customers? Bad form guys.

This is my favorite pawn shop around the area so far. I always manage to find some decent stuff when I pop in here.

Bought a game that did not work so went to return and refund. They managed to get the game to work so they told me that I could not get refund, even though we had to buy another game else where and didnt need it anymore. They used their terms on the bottom of their receipt as an excuse and I didnt have time to debate. I called them back later when I had more time and they said same thing until I used the consumer rights act and return law. Basically I can change my mind within 28 days and expect a full refund. It does NOT matter if the product is second hand,ie used game or dvd the law still applies. It is the principal that these companies lie to people for their own selfish reasons. It was 8 quid and it worked for them so could have just resold the game and no one looses out. Utter joke and wont be spending money there again!! Customers need to know their rights when making purchases.

Great store. Got a decent electric push bike from here, I've had it over 6 months and still going strong. I have also purchased a TV, console controls and games from here. As well as an armour vest. They sell a variety of items. There is always something new in store on each visit. Friendly staff.

I have used this branch of Cash Exchange to pick up Amazon orders instead of the Royal Mail sorting office in Commercial Road since the sorting office reduced their opening times. The staff at Cash Exchange are friendly and efficient, plus the store is conveniently open all day for ease of access.

Great shop with a huge selection of items for sale. I mostly visit for their wide choice of video games and retro gaming equipment. Pricing is better than CEX, so this is my first choice.
