Avoid at all cost if you need specific denominations.
Went into order, she called head office and was told it not a problem.
Collected - no checks done in branch, to get home to find it completely wrong.
Called and the advisor was more interested in telling me she doesn’t work in that branch than offering help or support.
Now have to return for a full refund and go elsewhere - what a waste of 3 trips and parking!

Ordered on the Wednesday so ready to pick up anytime Thursday , great . Park up in Huddersfield and put a 1hr parking ticket on the car , plenty of time . Go straight to eurochange 3.15 to get our money and its shut , with a 'back soon' sign up , and a clock with the hands pointing to 3.50 . So we wandered off for 35 minutes looking round the vape shops , nail bars , Turkish barbers and charity shops of the town centre for a good 40 mins . Back to eurochange to get our money , it's open but someone is being seen to , so we wait in turn .
The attendant who is serving him see's us and says quite abruptly "I'll just warn you , you'll be waiting a good 10 to 15 minutes" . I told him we were in a rush and that we'd called earlier "I was on my lunch" he replied...
Anyway , we got served , and we made it back to the car , just .
Will we use eurochange again ?

I called in Eurochange on Monday and requested China currency. The exchange rate offered was 7.92 to collect tday - I said really - that a poor rate!!! I went home and online Eurochange were offering 8.51 again to collect today. A difference of 7% ish. I will never deal with Eurochange shop again and will always reviw rates in line.
It would have been nice and indeed sensible to have included some notes smaller than 13 @ 100 notes

Only place I could find open after midday lunchtime on a Saturday and saved my skin! Marshahy served me and was very friendly and helpful. No idea if the rates are comparable, I just needed some currency in a hurry. There was no queue and it was easy to make the purchase and would probably use again on this basis.

Best exchange rate, ordered on line and was ready within an hour of placing the order. Andrew was really friendly and efficient, proper chatty! Will definitely use again ?
