I went to do the money exchange today, Jamiliak was assisted me. She is very lovely and helpful, I got everything I need and useful tips for my travel from her.

Gisela and Shilpi were absolutely outstanding in their service! I had a very particular request with my denominations and they were beyond accommodating, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience whatsoever. They were so patient and helpful and did it all with a smile! Thank you!

Easy to use ordering service and the staff member at my pick up location was thoroughly enjoyable to chat to and very nice!

Went today to collect currency. Initially spoken to Connor on live chat to request small denominations- super helpful and organised it all after I placed my order, then today I was served by Leanne at the under escalator kiosk Barbirolli Mall Arndale centre branch - she was super helpful and friendly, genuine rapport and interest for her customers. I would hire her in a heart beat for customer service! Great rate again too, so will definitely return next time I need currency

29/01/2024. Bold man that is unfortunately the best way to describe him as i didnt get his name. Time was 19:30. The man at the counter was extremely unprofessional , rude & pathetic. Never had an experience like this at Euro change used them for years. I am not sure as to what he was so annoyed about we only wanted to exchange some currency. We ended up leaving!

Really helpful staff , good customer service from Dan . Give the man a raise he deserve it
