The Euros I ordered were waiting for me when I arrived. The staff member at the desk was very pleasant and had my currency waiting for me. I had bought my purchase receipt to prove my identity but this was not required. However I did need to show photo ID and luckily had my driving licence in my wallet. This requirement may have been indicated on the website and if it is should be highlighted as I didn't notice it. Otherwise this was an extremely satisfactory transaction

Couple of weeks ago I visited Corby Eurochange to exchange my currency and had an amazing experience during my visit. The girl named Marina served me, she was so kind and helpful, and I found out that she's from same country as I am (Latvia) and can speak few languages. We spoke Russian, and she explained everything to me in Russian what was very helpful to understand some important things. She perfectly did her job, and her communication was in very high standards. Thank you so much one more time, Marina, I definitely will come back 🙂
