Excellent service received from Joanne, very polite and helpful explained to me about the buy back scheme which I haven't taken this time as I'll probably end up going away and using the currency there 5*'s Joanne it was so nice to have to see some good old fashioned customer service

Great price and easy to click and collect and good price for the currency. Staff were fab and so so helpful. I messed up with collection time and they sorted it with no fuss or bother. Many thanks for the help to the gentleman and lady who served me.

I turned up almost at closing time as I had been stuck in traffic. I called ahead to say I may not make it. When I arrived, the lovely assistant, Ryan, said he was going to hang on till I got there, which I thought was so kind. Then there was a problem with my ID but he called his Managers to see what could be done. Luckily, the 2nd Manager was able to help so, thanks to Ryan, I got my Euros. Would highly recommend.
