What a pleasant experience. The shop was clean and welcoming. I went in to put some money on my cash card and was told the card had changed but Michcor was great. She talked me through the changes and sorted everything out even helping me load the new app that I needed. Thanks. Will definitely see you again.

Use this branch all the time for my foreign currency and always order online for the best rate. On this occasion I just went in and bought some Euros without ordering online as I have had trouble recently with my mobile and or their website being unable to complete my purchase. I did contact eurochange and was told if problems persist I could ask for the online rate in shop but it was only 100€ so didn't bother. I was served by the nice Rebecca this time but I think she needs a pair of nail clippers 😂😂

First and last time I will be ordering my currency from here. Waited 20 minutes just to collect an order with one person serving. Another member of staff kept coming to the counter and seeing the queue but did absolutely nothing. Dreadful service!
