On the wed 2 October I visited your branch on horsefair broadmeas. I was served by the most helpful woman by the name of Bim. I just want to let it be know she had the most incredible customer service manner. She was helpful, knowledgeable and really polite & patient with all the questions I had asked. I could not have asked or received such a delightful way with how she felt with my questions. I thanked her from the bottom of my heart. Now I want you to know what an invaluable employee you have an employer. The customer, visiting Morocco, if she remembers me.

Awful staff. I went there to exchange few US Dollars that I got from travelling abroad. They rejected a $10 bill that was slightly discoloured but was in a perfect good condition with no visible wear and tear. I asked them to return all my money and went to their other branch inside The Galleries and my money was exchanged without any problems. EuroExchange needs to train their staff in this branch.

Literally gave half the amount of money on an Egyptian Pound conversion. Realised about 15 minutes later when looking it up online and they wouldn't refund it. The price in store is also different to what they advertise online. This place is a scam. Go to a legitimate currency converter.
