Great service. Ordered the currency online and was able to collect same day. Friendly and efficient staff

Have been coming here for a while but will no longer be returning. The lady didn’t confirm the rate and/or total, and simply took my money and exchanged it before then pointing to the no refund sign when I said that it was an awful exchange rate. Other times I have been I have had the assistant tell me the rate and total before confirming, which is why I kept coming back. Will make sure not to return, very disappointed by the service.

Been coming to this place for years, staff are always lovely & helpful. Exchange rate is always the best I’ve found in London. It’s central enough to get to if your coming after work & they stay open late enough so those after work journeys are easier.

We came here because of the good ratings. After paying, the man behind the till held on to the money until we would post a review. He didn’t even count it, he was just pushing for us to leave a review! I felt absolutely uneasy and believed he was about to steal them to be honest… Will not come back to this place. To the manager , I've sent at least six emails to your suggested customer service team but they refuse to answer , I'm confused ? Been coming here for over 10-15 years to exchange cash , I won't come back after the way the way I was treated by the South African bloke behind the counter , rude and unhelpful and failed to show me the currency screen and the rate on offer, treated me like a money launderer, insisted on photo copying my driving license , I've used this branch for years as a London cabby to avoid time consuming red tape and unnecessary paper work. Really disappointed, advice ? use the Victoria branch .
