Laura was so helpful, chatty and bubbly. I visited last week to get some US dollars and wanted small bills as the cash was mainly for tips. Laura was so helpful and was able to work out a great rate and provide me with the exact number of 5 and 10 dollar bills for a tad over my £300 budget but worth the extra so I don’t have to worry about getting the dollars split when we are on holiday. Been up to get some euros today as I couldn’t click and collect online to this store I was served by Laura, she was lovely and so polite, nothing was too much trouble she managed to get me the online rate honoured in store which was brilliant!

It was the 3rd best rate of the 4 that I checked, the others being Asda, Tesco & Post Office.
However, there was only about £1 difference on1400 AUD and I could collect from Morrison's the same morning that I ordered it, saving on a longer journey or having to wait in for special delivery.
Collection was easy, you just need photo ID and they offer a buy back (at extra cost) at the same rate if you don't think you will spend it all.
If the rates had matched the top 2 (both supermarkets) then I would have given 5 stars as everything went smoothly.
