I get a little Thai baht currency every month. Easiest way so I don't miss it. Guy that served me today Feb 14th always friendly and he gave me plenty of small and medium denomination notes as requested.

I ordered thousands of dollars in $100 bills and specifically told them I needed brand new notes. Hardly a single note was brand new so they are next to useless to the person I am giving them to. Absolutely appalling service. Especially as I was promised they would be new by the staff.

Went into the Aldershot branch today to purchase some euros but didn’t like the rate, The lady at the desk was extremely helpful by explaining how I could get a better rate online and helped guide me through on how to purchase them online. It was packed within minutes. So quick and efficient will definitely use again !!!
