eurochange Guildford

Tried to exchange dollars to pounds, the lady told me to come back with my passport. After I brought my passport I was told that I need proof of address and where the money came from. It's 200 usd, it's not much, I have a Canadian passport but I am a brown person, feels like racism, I'll take my money elsewhere

Needed Euros for a family holiday. The best rates for providers in Guildford was Eurochange. Easy online ordering system, lovely person at shop in Friary shopping centre had everything sorted and very efficient service. Wil use them again and highly recommended.

I got a competitive rate preording online. I really like the option of being able to specific the notes you would like to make up your order. Staff when I collected my order were both helpful and friendly.

I went there earlier today to exchange some euros in to gbp and they did not accept my notes because apparently they were damaged ,however when the lady put the money through the authenticator there was not an issue but still refused to take them without giving me a valid reason.However I suggested to give her different notes that I had in euros and she didn't even bother to check them and made me feel like I was a criminal the whole time. Later I took my "damaged money" and went to M&S bank for travel money in Guildford (located on the bottom floor to the right) and accepted them straight away and with a better rate.

Out of all of the places in Guildford Euro exchange definitely has the best value buy back rates. There was a difference of up to £40 on the amount I was exchanging. Worth paying a visit. The lady was extremely helpful and gave the best rate available to her at the time. I will definitely use their service again.

Was changing some USD to GBP that were given as a gift to my son.. I shopped around the high street and the rates offered by this place was nothing short of robbery.. the girl behind the counter told me it was a special offer, unbelievable. Got £25 more at Kanoo over this place which isn’t to be sniffed at.... it’s worth comparing rates around before changing as on this day this place was terribly uncompetitive.
